Mission Trips

We are excited to announce the mission trips for Summer 2025 below!  As a general rule, we want students to work through each "tier" before moving on to the next one so that by the time they graduate from high school they have a taste of what missions can look like in each context from their own city to the farthest reaches of the country.

Tier 1 - Going Greenville

July 13-18, 2025

In order to encourage our younger students to become involved in missions locally and in an effort to show them the many mission opportunities around our own city, our 6th and 7th graders go on an "in-town" mission trip, doing various projects around the city of Greenville.  This will be a 5 day, 5 night "trip" where our Jr. High students will come and stay at the Youth Center overnight and will be sent out each day to help with different ministries in our community-- like Miracle Hill, Salvation Army and/or serving some of our senior saints & widows in the church by helping with yard work or small house projects. We also help lead and serve at MR's VBS program. Our hope and prayer is for God to transform us & those we serve for His Glory!

Tier 2 - Mosheim, TN

JULY 13-18, 2024

Tier 2 of our mission trip structure is a domestic trip for current 8th-12th grade students. This year our 8th-12th grade students will be headed to Mosheim, TN to serve alongside Longview Ranch, who is partnered with Mission to North America.

This is the "next step" in our mission trip opportunities so that students have a growing maturity to love God and their neighbors.

TIER 3 - Yukatan peninsula

July 4 - 13, 2025




The third tier is a trip for 11th-12th grade students who have participated on a Tier 2 youth trip in the past. If you do not meet this requirement, you may still apply, but a parent/legal guardian must attend with you.

In order to be a part of a team for the summer of 2025, applications need to be submitted by Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Please let the youth staff know if you have any questions! We are praying that the Lord will lead and guide students to the right team and to call them specifically to one of these places to serve in the name of Jesus. 


By applying, you are committing to 3 team meetings from 2:30-4 PM on February 9, April 6 and June 8. These meetings are mandatory for participation on the trip. The first team meeting on Sunday, February 9 will include a parent meeting. Applicants are also committing to sending support letters for this trip in order to include as many as possible in the prayerful process of missions work.
