YOUTH MINISTRY STAFF
Brooke came to Mitchell Road in 2008 after working at a church in Memphis, TN. She graduated from Clemson in 2003 and married her awesome husband Daniel in May 2011. Brooke and Daniel have three precious daughters; Ruthie, Peyton and Caroline. Brooke enjoys being outside, laughing, wearing TOMS, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, listening to Lecrae & Mariah Carey's, "All I want for Christmas is you." She considers it a joy and privilege to be able to spend time with the students at Mitchell Road.
Bekah joined the youth staff in May 2017 as a 2 year intern after graduating from the greatest university in the world (Go Tigers!). Bekah now works alongside what she considers the Jr. High dream team, Andrew and Brooke, as an Assistant Jr. High Youth Director, where she works with 5th-8th grade students. Some of Bekah's favorite parts of her job include Heart 2 Heart, Jr. High Nights and getting to lead her Jr. High Journey Group alongside some rockstar high school leaders!
Bekah loves coffee, crafternoons and baking and most days in her off time, she can be found at one of the 500 local coffee shops hanging out with friends or grabbing a vanilla latte to go.
Andrew joined the youth staff in May 2017 as a 2 year intern upon graduating from Clemson University. In April 2019 he moved into the role of Assistant Jr. High Director, working closely with Brooke to minister to the 5th - 8th grade boys, high school leadership teams, and more! He and his beautiful wife Elleson will celebrate their two year wedding anniversary in April!
Andrew enjoys working out, binge watching TV shows that no one has ever heard of and playing basketball.
Morgan joined the youth staff in August 2019 after finishing a two year internship at a church in Knoxville, TN where she graduated from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) She loves watching college football and will remain a VFL (Vol For Life) no matter what the scoreboard says. Morgan loves any moment she gets to be with her family, especially her niece. A few of her favorite things are ice cream, being outside, and anything that involves being with people!
Debbie joined the youth staff in July 2013 after serving in a similar role in a local church for 13 years. She has 3 adult children plus a beautiful new daughter-in-law. Debbie loves the beach, traveling when the opportunity arises and watching college football on Saturday afternoons!
Debbie is thankful to have a behind the scenes view of what happens within the ministry and enjoys her support role on the youth staff. She considers it a blessing to get to know the families and is encouraged to see students learn and grow in their knowledge and relationship with the Lord.
